Order Processing & Delivery Times

We fulfill our products from different locations, which means your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • Processing Time: Seed orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Times (USA): 2–5 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: Seed orders usually arrive at your door within 3–7 business days after being placed.
👕 Merchandise (T-Shirts, Mugs, etc.)
  • Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 business days for production, as each item is made to order. This approach helps us reduce waste.
  • Shipping Times (USA): 2–5 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: Merchandise orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days after being placed (Processing + Shipping Time).
  • Holiday Production Times: During peak holiday seasons, production times may extend to 2–5 business days on average.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.00.
  • Calculated Costs: For orders under $50.00, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped and been received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking code so you can monitor your shipment progress.

Shipping Notes: Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on the items ordered (seeds and merchandise are often shipped separately). You will receive separate tracking information for each package, if applicable.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Seed Restrictions for US Territories: Due to agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship any pepper seeds to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. If an order is placed with a seed item going to one of these restricted locations, we will notify you and refund the seed portion of the order.

Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages

Packages Lost While in Transit (Tracking Status shows stuck/missing)

If the tracking status indicates your parcel is lost or missing while in transit:

  1. Please first contact the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, etc.) to initiate an investigation or claim, as they often require the recipient to begin this process.
  2. If the package is officially declared lost by the carrier, we will either send you a new package free of charge or issue a full refund for the lost items.
Packages Marked Delivered (Tracking Status is “Delivered”)

We are not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered by the courier but cannot be located by the customer.

To avoid issues: Please monitor your tracking information closely and promptly retrieve your package upon delivery. If your package is marked delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors or local delivery officials.

Order Changes

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email immediately. Once the order has been picked up by the carrier and tracking has been generated, we are unable to alter the shipping address.

Order Cancellation

If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact info@scorchsquad.com as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will attempt to cancel it.
