30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original, unopened packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Specific Eligibility Requirements:
- Clothing/Merch: Must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
- Seed Packets: Due to product viability and quality control standards, pepper seeds are only eligible for return if the sealed inner packet remains completely unopened and undamaged. If the sealed packet is opened, the item is non-returnable.
Initiating a Return
To request a return, please contact us immediately at info@scorchsquad.com.
Please do not send items back to us without first requesting and receiving return approval. Items returned without a formal request and instructions will not be accepted or refunded.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your package.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not offer free returns.
- Recommendation: When returning items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues (Replacements)
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged or defective items:
- Contact us immediately at info@scorchsquad.com.
- Be sure to include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
We will replace damaged or defective items at no cost to you once the issue is verified.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as Sale items.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Change and Cancellation Policy
Our fulfillment team begins processing your order immediately after it is placed.
- Once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
- If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact info@scorchsquad.com as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will attempt to cancel it.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (this can vary widely).
- Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@scorchsquad.com for assistance.
